Terms & conditions
These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of wheel steels car rental services. By renting a vehicle from us, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the following terms:
Booking and rental eligibility
- To rent a vehicle, you must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid Dubai driver's license.
- Reservations can be made online, over the phone, or in-person at our rental locations.
Vehicle usage
- The rented vehicle should only be operated by the authorized driver(s) listed during the reservation process.
- The vehicle shall not be used for any illegal or prohibited activities.
Rental period and extensions
- The rental period starts at the agreed-upon pickup time and ends at the return time specified in the reservation.
- Extensions must be requested in advance and are subject to availability. Late returns may incur additional charges.
Payment and security deposit
- Rental charges are based on the agreed rental rate, additional services, and any applicable taxes or fees.
- A security deposit will be held on your credit card to cover any potential damages or violations during the rental period.
Insurance and liability
- All vehicles are covered by comprehensive insurance, subject to an excess amount as stated in the rental agreement.
- You are responsible for any damage to the vehicle up to the excess amount, unless covered by a separate insurance policy.
Fuel policy
- The vehicle should be returned with the same fuel level as at the start of the rental period.
- Refueling charges will apply if the vehicle is returned with less fuel.
Cancellations and modifications
Cancellations and modifications to reservations can be made in accordance with our cancellation policy. Fees may apply.
Prohibited actions
- Smoking, carrying pets (unless authorized), and off-road usage are strictly prohibited.
- Any violation of traffic laws or regulations is your responsibility.
Maintenance and repairs
Regular maintenance and inspections are performed by us. You should promptly report any issues encountered during the rental.
Personal belongings
- We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the vehicle.
- Always ensure to remove your belongings before returning the vehicle.
Indemnity and release
You agree to indemnify and hold [Car Rental Brand Name] harmless from any claims arising out of your use of the rented vehicle.
Governing law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Dubai. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Location].
Modification of terms
- Wheel steels reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The updated terms will be posted on our website.
